*Please note each home that participates needs to get their own permit from the city.
Northampton has joined a social network just for our residents. Please visit this special link to join! This is a great place to get updates on what is going on around you, offer items up for sale or give away for free, join in discussion with your neighbors on interesting topics, and find or offer recommendations on just about anything. Did I mention that there is also a smartphone app to stay connected? Come join us now and get involved with your community! We’ll see you there!
The “No Soliciting” signs are at the two main entrances. What does this mean for you? If someone knocks on your property and attempts to solicit you, you can tell them “No Soliciting” signs are posted at the entrances and that they are trespassing on your property. You may ask them to leave and you can warn them that if reported, they will be fined by the city. You are welcome to report the case to the city if you like. The HOA is not responsible for solicitors or trespassing. If you have an ongoing problem you are encouraged to put up your own “No Soliciting sign” at your home.
